My interest in understanding the ways we think, feel, and move through the world goes back as far as I can remember, and I have always enjoyed lending a listening ear to others. After attending Texas A&M University and working in education in various capacities for nearly a decade, I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical/Counseling Psychology (2025) from Midwestern State University. During my internship, I provided individual therapy and performed evaluations for individuals filing for disability services. I continued working in disability assessment, IQ/academic testing, and autism/ADHD evaluation after graduation. Most recently, I have spent the last year as a mental health clinician at a maximum security men’s prison where I often worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, anger issues, impulsivity, self-harm/suicidal ideation, and cluster B personality disorders.

Getting curious about our inner world and learning practical skills for navigating challenging moments are key to growth and forward movement. As a queer-identified therapist, I am especially dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ folks in their unique concerns and experiences. My approach is trauma-aware and systems-informed, recognizing how lived experiences, identity, and stigma affect an individual's mental wellbeing. I work to create an open, nonjudgmental space that is warm, empathetic, and collaborative.
